My movie club is changing

 It's been a frustrating year for all of us who want to see films that are different.

What l call franchise films are booming and, as l keep saying, if you like them that's okay; see them and enjoy them.

Last year l saw  12/13 films all different and all so good. I had similar hopes for this year but l've been left sorely disappointed. Month after month trying to find a film for my club to see.

I'm seeing a film this Saturday. It looks good and l have my fingers crossed.

Next year thing will change.

I'm adding an extra cinema to our roster. This one is a little further away but has more than 1 type of cinema. There is also a possibility of an independent cinema may be reopening. ( I have my fingers and toes crossed).

So l will let you know what the film was like next Monday. This is the first film my club has seen in months.

I also hope that next year will be better.
