I went to  The Mc Clelland Gallery on the weekend and heard a style of music l had never heard before. 


 It was so interesting and the instruments so unusual.  All the performers were so talented and they played so well together. 

I like seeing new and different things.  We are so lucky here in the suburbs of Melbourne to see these interesting shows.  I've been able to see some many interesting and enjoyable shows so far this year and there's more to come. Nearly all of it in the suburbs. 

How lucky am l.

The heat has returned and so have l to where l stay in between jobs. We're having a hot, humid summer that never seems to stop.  Good weather for staying inside and writing poetry. Who's looking forward to the new Strike novel?

I like crime novels. They are my favourite to read. Of course, theses days, when l say read l mean listen. I have bad hearing and have had hearing aides for years. Audible and Borrow Box are on my phone which is connected to my hearing aides and it is much easier to carry a phone rather than a book. Robert Galbraith books are so good. I personally think that J.K. Rowling is a very good writer.  So l have gone back to the start. Through Audible l have listened to The Cuckoo's Calling right through to Troubled Blood. I'm going to listen to all of them; Ink Black Heart is next. They should all be finished by the time the new novel comes out and l can't wait.  Who else is waiting for the new release?
