Who's looking forward to the new Strike novel?
I like crime novels. They are my favourite to read. Of course, theses days, when l say read l mean listen. I have bad hearing and have had hearing aides for years. Audible and Borrow Box are on my phone which is connected to my hearing aides and it is much easier to carry a phone rather than a book. Robert Galbraith books are so good. I personally think that J.K. Rowling is a very good writer. So l have gone back to the start. Through Audible l have listened to The Cuckoo's Calling right through to Troubled Blood. I'm going to listen to all of them; Ink Black Heart is next. They should all be finished by the time the new novel comes out and l can't wait. Who else is waiting for the new release? Do you like the Strike novels? Let's start a conversation.
I love Five Little Pigs, about a murderer wrongly convicted. Endless Night is a much later Christie and is unusual as there is no Poirot or Miss Marple, only the narrator. I enjoyed this one due to the foreboding atmosphere and feeling of remorse expressed at the end.
